Room is small but new & clean.
Staff ws friendly and polite.
Breakfast spread was generous and varied.
Location is convenient and close to Grand Mall.

And love the room i was given with kitchenette and ALL its cooking utensils, pots, microwave, washing machine and real fridge (not mini fridge) Its fantastic setup!

Like that itbis so bear to a mall. Spent my dau shopping, eating n enjoyed myself at the pool. We wete give FREE HIGH TEA AND WELCOME FOOD N DRINK. WAS AMAZING!

Loved my stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Batam. The staff spoke fluent English and were generally polite. Chose this hotel cos it offers suite rooms that have microwave which is convenient to heat up leftover food. Appreciate the fact that the hotel also provides water dispensers available on every floor for guests. Especially loved that it is also linked to the Grand Mall Batam for easy shopping and eating.

Excellent choice, great location, clean room with spectacular view. Conveniently located next to mall, with plenty of food options.

We had a wonderful stay with a complimentary upgrade to the Studio Executive Room in celebration of my husband’s birthday. The thoughtful room decoration and birthday cake were a lovely touch. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located right next to Grand Batam Mall—making shopping and dining extremely convenient

On the whole, the hotel looks very posh and cosy. Toilet is of a good size and clean. But the room was rather small for 3 person(2D1C). There was this drilling going on through the night. I could hear/feel it even from the 19th floor.

We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms.

Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby.

The check in was smooth and the property is well kept.

It was an exceptional experience. I was checked in and checked out by Ms Nara, who was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with all their counter staff in fact. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The location of the hotel was really good. Grand Mall Batam is just next door and connected with the hotel. Nagoya Hill Shopping centre is just a 5 mins drive away. There are also 3 really good Spas located just beside the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in the hotel and i would definitely bring my family here again.

I remembered when I made my reservation, the price is inclusive of hotel breakfast, but the hotel service staff says it’s was not mentioned.

The oakwood hotel is centrally located to shopping mall and shop jouses across the road. Plenty of options to dine and walk around. There are many massage spa around which provided clean & professional services. The ambience of the hotel is good too.
Breakfast spread is decent.
Staff are polite.

A very nice and new hotel that has become my new favorite for business travel to Batam.
Excellent location and also freshly surrounded by a great city view.
Hoping only that the breakfast offering for westerners improves.
