Nice - reasonable - comfortable room with a nice view of the habour bridge

Cons:

Trial evacuation at 7 in the morning - no help for the elderly - several older people with walking difficulties walked 8 floors with no staff offer to help

Pros:

The beds were comfy, room decor was beautiful and well furnished.. Restaurant had tasty food and happy hour drinks were cheap.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location excellent.

The bathroom door was a little difficult to close.

Disappointed when the room was not cleaned when I first checked in

Cons:

Unclean toilet when I get into the room. With towels thrown all over the toilet and basic amenities either used or gone. Very disappointed that I need to call up front desk to get someone to clean it up and provide with fresh towels

Great hotel, shame about breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the general quality of the hotel is very good

Cons:

The queues at breakfast were unacceptable. There is one self-serve coffee machine for the whole hotel, and one omelette guy, it took forever to get breakfast
