Très déçus par notre séjour – hôtel à fuir !

Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes d’hygiène inacceptables :
• Des cheveux dans les draps,
• Un rouleau de papier toilette déjà utilisé,
• Des gels douche entamés,
• Un frigo défectueux (qui fonctionne une fois sur deux),
• Aucune bouteille d’eau alors que des verres sont posés comme décoration,
• Une salle de bain sale, avec des cheveux par terre et une douche à jet très faible, rendant le lavage des cheveux difficile.

Même si l’accueil à la réception a été agréable, cela ne compense en rien l’état de la chambre. Vu le prix de la nuit, nous attendions un minimum de propreté et de confort.

Nous avons dû appeler pour demander un changement de draps, car il était impossible de dormir dans ces conditions.

Le petit déjeuner du lendemain a été dans la même lignée :
• Lait douteux,
• Céréales molles et visiblement très anciennes,
• Jus de fruit pas frais,
• Et pour finir, un cheveu dans un croissant à la confiture.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette expérience. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas son tarif, ni ses éventuelles étoiles.
Nous ne reviendrons jamais et déconseillons fortement cet hôtel.
