Pros:

Close to the airport. The pool area looked nice but didn’t use it. They even arranged a taxi to the airport.

Tranquil Hacienda, not far from the airport
Pros:

Beautiful tranquil Hacienda, groom with big windows and view of the garden. The price was heavily discounted, which was quite nice.

Cons:

The properties seemed almost closed, no other guests, very limited restaurant options before 3 PM. The pool wasn’t clean. The hot tub wasn’t clean or hot.

I loved my stay…
Pros:

The local character of the facilities, the environment/gardens were fantastic, the gentle, always smiling and helpful personnel, very quiet location.

Cons:

Wifi had a problem during my stay, a little remote location (not easy to reach restaurants or bars without car/taxi). Breakfast could be richer.

Pros:

Amazing facilities, manicured grounds, spotless rooms.

We had no dinner options and no one responded over their whatsapp number and no one was in the lobby at dinner time.

No regresaría nunca y hablaré muy mal pues no solucionan nada además que nos tuvieron que cambiar a otra habitación pues

Las instalaciones muy bonitas

Cons:

El servicio pésimo pues no tiene absolutamente nada de comidas y no le dicen al huésped además el internet es pésimo la TV. Es pésima
