Wij waren erg ontevreden over deze boeking. We hebben er ook niet overnacht en na een uur besloten de kamer te verlaten. We hebben onze klacht kenbaar gemaakt (geluidsoverlast), maar er werd geen passen alternatief gevonden. Zodoende hebben we besloten ons verblijf af te breken. Er werd ons beloofd dat ons geld zou worden teruggestort, maar dat is niet gebeurd. Contact met de manager heeft ook geen wenselijke uitkomst geboden.
