Murphy's Law hotel
Pros:

- Breakfast was good, bread was amazing. The lights/curtains control via an Android tablet was... An interesting experience

Cons:

This hotel is the definitive example of Murphy's Law in action. There wasn't anything that went right from the get-go.

- It filters by parking here on Booking. The hotel doesn't have a private one, turns out. There's a municipal garage 300 meters away. We learned it after we booked the room.
- The entrance has an step which is an obstacle for a baby stroller. Though Belgrade city center is like that overall.
- The crib provided for our six months old was the cheapest possible. Aluminum carcass, assemblable, very low flooring, and evidently it was broken earlier. We weren't sure it wouldn't disassemble itself under the baby's weight.
- They forgot to restock spa bathrobes, had to call the reception. The bathroom held a strong depilation cream smell, but thankfully it dissipated within an hour.
- Drinks at the spa. There's a menu, you can order something... If you call the restaurant yourself. Four stars, ladies and gents.
- I managed to ask the spa attendant to make the order for us: fresh squeezed orange justice and green tea. 2 hits, 2 misses. Critical failure. We get a bottled Next orange and a black tea. Starting to regret asking the attendant. Btw, she said "oh well I can't change the order because you drank the tea". We didn't.
- We come to the reception to ask why the order was messed up. Ask them to scrub the order. They ask "well did you drink it?". Groan. They did scrub the order in the end, so that's something at least.
- Not the hotel's fault: since it was city center, loud karaoke was heard up until midnight. Thankfully the baby didn't care. Still, not an ideal location for a weekend layover.
- That was the filthiest baby chair I ever saw. But hey, at least there was one.
- In the morning we found a bunch of bed bug bites on me and one on the baby.
- The damn key lost it's charge after breakfast, had to go all the way to the reception with a baby in tow to get the key charged.

Расположение , хорошие завтраки, спа зона

Cons:

Темный номер, фен с зеркалом не удобны- не продуманорасположение фена, мало света. на рецепшене не знают ничего про рестораны которые работают, висит реклама суши рксторана- по факту он не работает)))

An excellent option for long stays, combining comfort, safety, prime location, and impeccable service.
Pros:

I stayed for 17 nights and felt very comfortable throughout my long stay. The Deluxe room was spacious, clean, and well suited for an extended visit.

The location is perfect — right in the heart of Belgrade, very safe for walking around or calling cabs, and everything is within close reach including bus stations, shops, and restaurants.

The spa is a wonderful addition and truly enhances the experience. The breakfast is rich, diverse, and consistently excellent every morning.

Cons:

There is not much to complain about. The pricing is a bit premium, but the quality of service and comfort compensates for it.

The only minor point I noticed is that bottled water was not refilled daily free of charge, which I found slightly unusual considering the room rate.

Other than that, everything was very well managed.

A comfortable and elegant stay in a prime central location with excellent service and spa facilities.
Pros:

The location is absolutely excellent — right in the centre of Belgrade, very safe to walk around at any time, and extremely convenient for calling taxis or moving around the city. Everything is close by, including restaurants, shops, bus stations, and main attractions.

The spa area was one of my favourite parts of the stay — clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The breakfast was rich and varied every morning with great quality options.

Although the hotel is slightly on the expensive side, the service is impeccable and the overall experience makes it worth it.

Cons:

The price is a bit higher compared to some other options in the area, but considering the service, location, and amenities, it is justified.

Nice Hotel with great location and SPA
Pros:

Location is gerat, in the middle of the city, near all the stores and main things.
SPA facilities are very good!

Cons:

No GYM, so couldn't do my rutine excersize.
