Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and just up the road from the bus boarding station up to Machu Picchu. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and responded to all requests. The rooms are very spacious and updated. I would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Machu Picchu.

In the advertisement for the property it shows in the photos and says in the room details that the room I rented came with a shower/tub combo. I specifically rented this room because my wife likes to take a bath, once we were at the property the owner said that the room we rented had a tub but we couldn't use it.. and that they had other room that had a functioning tub????????? I'm pretty sure he was trying to scam me to pay more for the same room I already paid for..
Well why wouldn't I get the room I paid for and was advertised? Once in the room there was a bare spot of concrete showing that obviously needed to be painted to match the rest of the wall and had flaking paint falling off around it,, Also there was no place to get hot water which made it harder for us to make firmular for our baby, and the breakfast was less than satisfactory, the coffee was horrible and there was no fruit or anything else besides scrambled eggs,bread n jam.. overall I wish i rented a room from a different place.. Also as a side note I felt strange that the owner was staring at my wife as we came and went each time we left the property, which was awkward for her and me.. very unprofessional..
