Pros:

Beautiful place, awesome view, WiFi didn’t work for vi all 5 days we were there neither did the tv, room was t cleaned once, sheets or towels never changed, breakfast cute you need to order every evening from a menu and they bring it in small picnicbags in the morning, basic stuff also baked goods,
It is not 3 minutes walk from Oia it is 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk, bus stop close by
