Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt vor allem für einen Ski-oder Wanderurlaub perfekt ausgestattet.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück.
Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Schöner Saunabereich.
Skiraum und beheizbare Skistiefelhalterungen.
Schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Teilweise Teppichboden im Zimmer.
Saunatücher gegen Aufpreis erhältlich, leider keine Altersbeschränkung im Saunabereich.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist rund herum eine top Empfehlung in der Region. Hier passt eigentlich alles.

Cons:

Kritik gibt es eigentlich weniger am Hotel sondern am Verfahren einiger Gäste im Wellness Bereich.
Ich empfehle ihnen unbedingt darauf hinzuweisen, das die Reservierung von Liegestühlen nicht gestattet ist, und der Ruhebereich auch als ein solcher zu respektieren ist..
Desweiteren wären bebilderte Saunaregeln auf die man verweisen kann wichtig, da häufig kein Handtuch untergelegt wird.

Moderný, čistý hotel, 20min. do Innsbrucku a 20min. k ľadovcu Stubai. Skvelé raňajky.

Cons:

Na to, že hotel má 4 hviezdičky, tak v kúpelni nebol sprchový šampón ani klasický šampón, ak ste prišli z lyžovačky skôr (napr. o 13tej), netiekla teplá voda, teplá večera je pripravovaná z polotovarov.

Už by som sa sem nevrátila. Personal bol milý ale to je všetko.

Welness ktorý bol hneď za stenou fitness. Aby ste išli do welnessu a museli si za neadekvátnu cenu požičať uterak nonsens. Na raňajky si musíte sám uvariť vajíčko, urobiť sám praženicu. Slabý vyber jedál. Vybavenie v kupelke skoro žiadne. Hotel nemá ani len klímu

Preisleistung hat sehr gut gepasst, hoffe das bleibt so.
Pros:

Sehr Familiär und freundlich. Hat gepasst.
Frühstück wirklich reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Würde es schön finden, wenn es Duschmittel hätte, zBsp. "RINGANA" würde ja ins Konzept passen.

Tolles Hotel mit allem was man braucht für die ganze Familie
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren neu, alles sauber und sehr praktisch aufgebaut. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man die Eierspeisen selber machen kann. Die Lage zum Gletscher ist super und Restaurants sind zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Frühstücks-/Aufenthaltsraum könnte gemütlicher sein. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der Parkplätze (gerade für E-Autos) könnte etwas präziser sein.
