Very disappointing……The front desk is OK. However, the hotel cut cost to the bone on everything. The breakfast is very cheap stuff and the environment of the hotel does not match the price we paid.

Comfortable, visitor area to meet others and relax

Location is more so amongst locals but that did not deter from the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms and views are beautiful and the breakfast was quick and plentiful.

Clean Room, friendly and attentive staff members, perfect hot spring and everything was just too perfect and right for us. We would love to go back without any hesitance.

This is a brand new hotel, everything is in good quality. My room is spacious, spotless and with a view of the mountains. Bed is super comfortable. Their unique check-in style is very welcoming: we were invited to the salon room immediately upon arrival and started to enjoy the complementary treats. The receptionist came to our table to complete the check-in process and explained all the details to us. Their public hot springs have 3 pools (hot, warm and cold) and are super clean. There are also steam and sauna rooms. They provide free fruits, milk and tea in the hot spring room. On top of these mentioned, their staff are very friendly and helpful. Julie chatted with us when we were enjoying the complementary happy hour at the guest salon room. She provided us local food and attractions information. Vincent helped us with our luggage. We’re very happy with our staying and will definitely come back again.

The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good.The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.

Not good, not bad.

Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot.

Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too.

This is a very nice hotel. We only stayed one night and we really enjoyed the stay.

有溫泉

新北投へはよく行くが、駅近の「ホテルロイヤル北投」に泊まるのが殆どであった。今回久々に行くので、新しくできたWellspring by Silks Beitou　を選んだ。部屋は１４階でバルコニーからの街並みもよかった。
特筆するべきは、高級ホテルのクラブラウンジのように、１階（2階？）に午後5時からワインやビールなどの飲み物、食べ物が、無料で自由にいただくことができ、皆さん利用していました。子どもたちも喜ぶものがあり、家族で楽しめる場所になっていました。
一つ残念だったのは、グランドヴィユーリゾート北投やアジアパアシフィックホテル北投、そしてこのホテルのように、後から建設されたホテルほど、温泉（硫黄泉）の濃度が低くなっているようで、白濁も殆どなかったです。
あとは、値段なりの待遇を受けられましたので、よかったです。

北北投駅近くで歩いて市場も近く非常に良いロケーション。ホテルも綺麗で設備もよく　過ごしやすかった。
スタッフの対応も丁寧で良かった。
朝食のビュフェも種類多くておいしかったです。
