10/10 must stay.
Pros:

The hotel and its staff are incredible. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The hotel is a beautiful old building, and the rooms are much the same, spacious and well designed. Being a little further out meant it was peaceful and allowed and nice evening walk through the old town to get to it.

Hotel Indigo was a truly lovely hotel with delightful staff and wonderful rooms and meals.
Pros:

Hotel Indigo was amazing...set up the hill in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the harbor, close to the wharf but so far removed from the noise and bustle. Facilities were amazing with a bottle of wine, candy and flowers awaiting us in our very large and nicely appointed room. We had french doors to a garden with seating area off our room. The bathroom was luxurious and amenities were the highest quality and replaced daily. The breakfast was wonderful and we stayed for dinner one night. All meals were individually chef prepared and my MSG allergy was addressed and my meals, while somewhat different from the rest of the group, were delicious and I much appreciated the special attention. The staff was attentive and while always nearby and ready to help, never felt in the way.

A Gem of Nagasaki
Pros:

A truly lovely hotel, it felt clean and new. The staff were without a doubt the best part of staying here from exceptional service to quality recommendations they were sensational. Our view from our room over the harbour was incredible. Tiny little touches like free tea in the lobby and chocolate on arrival in our room were unexpected delights.
The hotel is located close to Glover Garden but about a solid 25 minute walk to the main shopping districts and cbd. No matter which way you choose there will be a significant hill to walk. It will however give you a chance to interact with the local cats in the area who are friendly and will shameless beg for pats. One of whom the hotel has adopted as a mascot.

Cons:

Such a small thing but the bedside lamp was permanently attached to the bedside table and created a lack of usable space.

Fantastisch. Erstklassig. Luxuriös.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist fantastisch! Erstklassig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Über allem liegt mehr als nur ein Hauch von Luxus, es ist Luxus. Das Frühstück wird in einer ehemaligen Kirche/Kapelle serviert - tolles Erlebnis. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt vorzügliches Appetizer zur Wahl und ein japanisches Frühstücksset (alternativ auch europäisch, hatten wir jedoch nicht gewählt).

Cons:

Die Lage ist für die Besichtigung von Glover Garden super weil gleich in der Nähe. Für Downtown Nagasaki etwas abgelegen, aber immer noch o.k. Öffentlich erreichbar, besser mit Taxi anfahren.
