Pros:

Las instalaciones están cómodas, la habitación es bonita y la vista es agradable

Cons:

El ascensor tiembla la subir, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y no hay manera de comunicarse a recepción, también el parqueadero cuenta con un horario específico y no estaba muy claro al inicio

Grata sorpresa con las habitaciones y con el piso en general, muy central para moverte entre la ciudad y para hacer compras

Dure 5 días y nunca fueron a hacerle limpieza, además hay mucho indigente a sus alrededores

It being in the middle of the city and view of the city and able to catch many transportation and just the are it was in most of the community were friendly and helpful the staff helped me resolve problems

I had to switch rooms a few times because of technical issues and sink and toilet problems like sink dripping and didn't work the toilet didn't flush and had no AC WORKED IT WAS HOT IN MY ROOM HAD TO BUY A PORTABLE AIR FAN. AND MY FRONT DOOR COULDN'T LATCH SHUT. FELT LIKE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY SAFETY BECAUSE I CAN'T LOCK MY HOTEL ROOM

Realmente todo lo que viví si no hubiera sido cierto personal que nos ayudó, el resto es un desastre.

Bueno en particular yo esperaba en relación al precio mejor servicio y limpieza, no es posible ni para papel higiénico pueda uno tener que hacer un proceso tedioso y coordinen que si un huésped se hospeda por 10 días le suministren paños, jabón y papel y limpieza de la habitación. Tenga uno que secarse con un palo por 10 días sábanas sucias porque n pueden limpiar la habitación hasta que uno se vaya, ilógico qué clase de servicio y cobran por la limpieza. Nada que ver .

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que está en pleno centro, lo que resultó muy conveniente para realizar mis compras.

Cons:

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, lo que implica bastante ruido alrededor. Cada vez que pasa el metro, el sonido es muy fuerte, y en el primer piso hay varios bares y casinos, lo que en las noches dificulta el descanso. Por esta razón, no lo considero una buena opción para quienes buscan tranquilidad.
