Pros:

Questa struttura mi ha davvero sorpreso, la mia camera era totalmente nuova ed aveva anche un terrazzino a piano terra davvero carino. La posizione è un po’ lontana dal centro ma è molto più tranquilla di Poblado ed intorno potete trovare supermercati ed altro a portata di mano. Vorrei ringraziare la ragazza alla reception LAURA, che è stata gentilissima sin da subito facendomi fare il check-in anche qualche ora prima.

L'emplacement

Cons:

TRES bruyant. On entend le bruit issu des chambres proches. Tout est fait en béton, aucune insonorisation.
Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un restaurant extérieur et n'edt vraiment pas terrible

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, toller Blick vom Balkon, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, nur 10 min von der Metrostation entfernt.

Cons:

Man hört die Straße, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Reise recht dürftig.

La habitación fue bonita y cómoda.

Cons:

Entiendo que no me puedan entregar la habitación antes de la hora del check-in, sin embargo, la entrega la hicieron 45 minutos después de la hora indicada, estábamos cansados por el vuelo.
La actitud del personal no fue la mejor para este contratiempo. Para el check-out si fueron muy puntuales escribiendo minutos antes para que saliéramos, esto nunca me había pasado. Por último, pedimos si era posible nos guardaran maletas ya que el vuelo era tarde y la actitud del personal no fue la mejor, parecía que no quería prestarnos el servicio que al final si nos ayudó a tenerlo. Nos fuimos un poco tristes con esto.

La seconde chambre au dixième étage ,confortable ,de bons produits d hygiène et une vue magnifique sur Medellin.

Cons:

La première nuit, nous avons été relégué dans une chambre à peine fini au rez de chaussée derrière la réception la 102 . Nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit, nous entendions en écho tout ce qui ce passait à la réception, les autres clients prendre leur douche ,les voitures et une sorte de ronron permanent dont nous ignorons la provenance et nous avons été gêné également par la lumière. Contrairement, à partout ailleurs en Colombie le petit-déjeuner était pas très copieux et sans saveur.

Mi experiencia en Hotel Firenze fue excelente de principio a fin. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, cómodas y bien organizadas. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto.
Quiero resaltar especialmente a Paola, quien hizo un trabajo impecable con el servicio de limpieza. Siempre dejó todo perfecto, ordenado y con un olor delicioso. Su dedicación realmente hizo la diferencia durante mi estadía.
También el personal del lobby fue muy amable y profesional. Desde el momento del check-in hasta el check-out, la atención fue rápida, respetuosa y muy cordial. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier pregunta.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Gracias por una estadía tan agradable!

Pros:

Vollständig ausgestattetes Appartement mit Küchenzeile. Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Mit Uber oder Metro kommt man gut in die Stadt. Badezimmer mit warmer Dusche. Gemütliche Betten und viele Steckdosen. Sehr bemühtes Personal (leider kein Englisch).

Cons:

Frühstück gab es leider nicht im Hotel, sondern in einem Restaurant 2 Straßen weiter. Bei gutem Wetter in Ordnung. Frühstücksportion zu klein aber gut.
