Would have liked to see paper towels in the kitchen and dish hand-washing detergent. We loved the size of the TV. It was a great soace

Property is brand new and it’s a great location
Excellent condition and very spacious.

The room was well lit with lots of windows. There were dead bugs and lots of spiders/spiderwebs. A lot of dishes were dirty. Wash cloth had short hairs all in it. The sugar for coffee pot was rock hard. The coffee pot lid was broken. The WiFi is insecure so I was very hesitant to use it. I wish there was a broom and dustpan. The beds were very comfortable. The apt had practically everything needed as if I was home I really liked that. The staff was very friendly. The front auto door was difficult to open. The back doors someone had propped them open with rocks. There were really lot stomping or beating the walls not sure which I was on 2nd floor. The quiet hours were well respected which I really appreciated. Enjoyed my stay.

The only issue was the squeaky bathroom door.

Everything was great and the place was clean and had a nice layout.

Hotel and area was very nice well maintained

Ms.Kim was great and made checking in so simple.

Did not like the dog barking for 4 hours. It was left alone in the room. Could not get any rest.

Clean room and staff

The walls were quite thin, and it felt like conversations and other sounds carried easily. Unfortunately, this affected what could have been a perfect stay, as some noise and behavior from the neighboring room made us feel uncomfortable as they were clearly mocking our sounds.

I chose StayAPT Suites Waco for a week in Waco because the facility offered more living space and a full kitchen for a value price over a hotel. Because this trip was about spending time with my son in a Waco residential care facility, I wasn't concerned about recreational activities. I didn't visit the exercise room, but another guest mentioned that they like working out there.There isn't a pool.There is a single barbecue and an outdoor lounge. And a large Cinemark theater is right behind the building.

The apartment was basic but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen contains full sized appliances, including a dishwasher; however, the provided utensils and cleaning equipment provided are inadequate for much more than microwaving or baking pizza. Two packs of dishwasher detergent, no dishcloth, or liquid dish soap mean that someone who plan to fully use their rental will need to invest in some tools to make full meals possible.

Checking in was easy, and the staff communication was outstanding. My family loved it and we are planning on staying there next time.

Great place

There’s no employee on grounds after office closes at 5…the smoke alarm went off at mid night waking us all up! There were kids playing on the court yard at mid night…the lady who works during the day was very very nice!!!!

Location is great and Kim was great. The only reason why I rate this hotel low is because the smell in the room gave me a headache. The manager was not at the facility to authorize a room change and would not answer her phone when Kim called.

Everything clean and nice , front lobby staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great location with nice kitchen and spacious bathroom

The room was very nice and comfortable. Had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying there again when traveling through Waco.

Great to stay during their grand opening. Sucks not 24hr staff.
