Promising but underwhelming
Pros:

The location and property itself were beautiful

Cons:

The Wifi signal was very weak.
The fireplace was purely for show and central heating did not work.
Food could not be purchased at / brought to be prepared at the property, instead of you wanted lunch or breakfast you would need to go to the clubhouse where the food was sub-standard. Kitchen utensils were also not readily available unless requested to prepare food ourselves.
Items in the rooms would only be refilled upon request this included towels and water bottles. The rooms themselves were also not tidied.
