For that price the value was not worth it. The wrack with hangers for clothes was plastic and fell apart. The shower had no pressure at all and went from cold to hot and hot to cold. Horrible. Room was very small and hard to move around in for 2 people. Again, overpriced.

많은 사람들이 계단이 많다고 후기에 언급하여 걱정했는데 계단은 그런대로 괜찮았습니다. 숙소는 건물의 4층에 있고 2, 3 층에는 다른 사무실 등이 있는 구조입니다.
비대면 체크인 체크아웃을 한다는 것은 알고 있었지만 온라인체크인에 필요하다고 하면서 신분증사본과 숙박료결제에 사용한 신용카드 마지막 3자리를 보여주는 사진을 Whatsapp 으로 보내달라고 해서 당황했습니다. 멕시코에서 여러 호텔, 에어비앤비에 투숙했는데 (지금까지 8곳) 신분증, 신용카드 사진을 요구한 유일한 숙소입니다. 만약 신분증, 신용카드 사진을 요구한다는 것을 예약전에 알았다면 이곳을 예약하지 않았을 것입니다. 하지만 예약플래폼을 통해 숙박료를 이미 결제했고 예약취소 불가라서 어쩔수 없었습니다.
온라인체크인에 필요하다고 요구한 모든 것을 Whatsapp으로 보냈지만 체크인 정보를 주지 않아서 숙소 도착 예상시간을 Whatsapp으로 알려주면서 숙소로 이동했습니다. 예상시간에 정확하게 숙소에 도착했지만 아무도 없었고 체크인에 필요한 정보도 받지 못했습니다. Whatsapp 메시지에 대한 응답도 없었습니다. 결국 숙소 앞 거리에서 비싼 국제전화를 걸었는데 두 번호 중 하나는 전화를 받지 않았고 다른 하나는 전화를 받았지만 어느 숙소를 예약했냐고 물었습니다. 아마도 운영하는 숙소가 여럿인듯 보였습니다. 결국 숙소 앞 길거리에서 10분~15분 정도 더 기다린 후에 한 사람이 왔고 4층 입구의 키패드 번호와 방 열쇠함의 비밀번호를 주었습니다. 하지만 체크인하느라 너무 많은 시간을 허비했고 너무 지쳐버렸습니다.
몇시간 후에 숙소앞 길거리에서 같은 숙소에 체크인을 하기위해서 기다리는 사람을 만났는데 모든 투숙객을 체크인할 때 길거리에서 기다리게 한다면 엄청난 시간과 에너지의 낭비입니다. 비대면 체크인을 한다면 Whatsapp으로 체크인에 필요한 모든 정보를 주어 투숙객이 길거리에서 기다리지 않게 해야합니다. 체크인 방법을 더 고민하여 이 문제를 해결해야 합니다.

Staff is just gone, there's no staff, it's like an automatic AI hotel, which might be useful, but we found it uncomfortable since we had to wait a lot for someone to help us solve a quick request, almost waited an hour to do the checkout since no one's there at any point. It feels so cold, not that Mexican vibe, just AI vibe which is quite weird.

1- La entrada está sucia, la habitación está en el tercer piso y no cuenta con elevador,2- El primer piso son unas oficinas gubernamentales demaciado sucio e inclusive habia un letrero que decia SE BUSCA y ponen una fota de un hombre y decía : porque robo en éste edificio eso indica que es inseguro, 3- en el edicio hay un establecimiento de comida que huele en todo el edicio ,4- considero que el precio está sobrevalorado y cuando haces la reservacion no dan muchos datos y tienes que estar llamando para que te den informacion 5- Fue dificil llegar al lugar.

No es hotel. Me extraña que booking ponga alojamientos sin explicar que no son hoteles.. No hay recepción, todo es vía watsaap y eso es muy incomodo. El lavabo del baño estaba terriblemente sucio. El lugar esta en un cuarto piso. siempre tienen las luces apagadas y tienes que usar lampara para llegar a tu habitación. El edificio tiene muchos otros negocios, nos toco un domingo que había una iglesia cristiana y desde temprano era mucho escandalo. Hay muchos bares cerca y el ruido es toda la noche. La ventana tiene cortinas muy transparentes y en cuanto amanece te despierta la luz que entra en toda la habitación. Tiene muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación, es super cansando. Es terrible que para que salga agua caliente tienes que esperar como diez minutos con la regadera encendida. El internet es inestable

Ke son muchos escalones para poder llegar a las habitaciones y mas si traiamos 3 maletas y una mochila
