Pros:

地点很方便，工作人员都很亲切友好。酒店还能帮你洗衣服 基本每天从外面浪完回酒店衣服就已经洗好放在放里了。谢谢每一位工作人员的友好和亲切，都很给与最大的帮助。

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel de cet hôtel est absolument adorable.
Nous sommes arrivés très très tard dans la nuit mais quelqu'un était là pour nous attendre.
Ils nous ont aidés pour internet parce que nous n'avions pas de VPN. Ils nous ont aidé à réserver la Grande muraille à trouver un taxi à appeler un Didi bref ils sont très disponibles et très gentils.
L'hôtel est parfaitement situé au cœur des huttons avec la station de métro pas très loin, des petits restaurants des boutiques...
La chambre était très confortable.
Vraiment parfait.

Staff was over the top helpful with every question and direction assistance. First rate place and breakfasts
Pros:

Location was so convenient to hutong restaurants and local living. Didi was surprisingly affordable to visit GuGong and Wanli Chang Cheng and Jing shan park,etc.

Cons:

The only thing a bit inconvenient was that CCCP was holding a huge session in Beijing while we were there and Tian An Men Square was closed to public and hotel venue was booked to the gills.

Un hotel parfait au coeur des Hutongs
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur des Hutongs. Le staff est adorable, parle parfaitement anglais et toujours disponible en cas besoin. La chambre est tres bien équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Les lits sont ultra confortables. Thés et cafés à disposition. Tout était parfait et je recommande vivement.

Lovely hotel and perfect location
Pros:

Great location and the staff are really lovely.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide little gifts and make our stay as easy as possible. Also the location could not have been better.

Cons:

The room smelled a little bit. I think the plumbing may be old in the Beijing hustings.
