Appartamento spazioso, ben organizzato, luminoso, a due passi dalla zona dei ristoranti e dei negozi ma ciò nonostante silenziosissimo. Letti comodi. Colazione abbondante, varia (anche frutta fresca) e di qualità.

Great location and very quick response from the administrators to any questions.
It was perfectly situated and clean ready for us to arrive. It was everything we wanted as a base to explore Reykjavik.
The other guests were quite noisy at times and our milk went missing from the fridge but neither of these were really issues with the place.
The location is amazing, so close to old harbour almost all major trips starts 4-5 mins walk from the hotel. Shops and bars are a stone throw away. Recommended - Thai food place just across the road😊

The place was quite near to the centre. The host was very responsible, friendly and answered quickly. We had 0 problem with finding key and stuff. We were allowed to drop our luggage. The facility itself was very comfortable, it had 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. So the experience was more than great
Location was fantastic for exploring the downtown with many dining options. Very roomy and comfortable apartment. It’s a studio but partial walls gave decent privacy and separation for downtime. Beds were comfortable, able to regulate temperature with windows. Staff communications were over email and messages, and very clear. I would recommend for families who don’t need the very posh experience but appreciate a little more room and prioritize the location. I would stay there again.

We had codes to get into a place to store our luggage until we checked in and to get into our room. We found it extremely difficult to make these systems work. We had to call someone to get instructions and after putting in the codes nothing happened. We touched various things and parts of the box and somehow there was a response, but we were not sure what caused a response. This was very frustrating when there was nobody to explain what we were doing wrong or the right way to get in. Our room was on the third floor with steep stairs. Very scary to get in and out with heavy suitcases. The only other people around were another guest couple who kindly helped us bring in our luggage and helped us get it down the stairs. These unusual travel experiences will stay in our travel memories for a long time.
Positive was the room itself that was clean and had the necessary minimal amenities. The location is excellent, but the code system with inadequate instructions when we were tired travelers was very stressful.
Regarding staff, there were none.
