Perfect location
Pros:

The location of this hotel is just fantastic with everything close by places of interest and restaurants and some great wee coffee shops. Very close to centre where everything is happening rainbow road etc.Lots of local shops with local products to purchase.Easy check in and a great bonus having the storage for your suitcases if you've arrived before or after check in or check out. Very close to harbour area with fab views .Breakfast bag good start to the day as you have a kettle fridge in your room which is great.Room very cosy and great shower with some toiletries.

Cons:

This hotel really needs new black out blinds and windows are full of condensation in the morning which leaves lots of water on the windowsills. The breakfast bag is a good start to the day but rolls are a bit hard and one day there was no cheese in one of the bags .Maybe a wee yoghurt would be nice .

Perfect stay for a weekend away in Iceland!

The property was clean, perfect to stay with your partner or friend! The property was close to the harbour and within 5 min walking distance to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.

Soggiorno perfetto per vivere la città e comodissimo per fare escursioni
Pros:

Posizione assolutamente perfetta, centrale per recarsi in centro in pochissimi minuti e molto bene collega per escursioni e mezzi pubblici. Camera dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno e cucina condivisi ben attrezzati e dotati di tutto.

Prima plek voor een kort verblijf waarbij je niet elke dag op restaurant moet
Pros:

Heel mooie ligging, vlak bij alles, rustige straat.
Mogelijkheid om zelf te voorzien in ontbijt of eenvoudige maaltijd. Twee badkamers + extra wc voor 4 kamers, gezellige eet- en zithoek.
Kamer prima, handdoeken, vod en keukenhanddoek lag klaar.

Central location, excellent staff communication, very quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from the central bus station, 10 minutes walk to the super markets, bed ok,

Cons:

Filthy bath room full of mold, we were promissed one but there is no shared kitchen, no switches close to bed, stayed 4 nights, but no one came to clean it in between, fully flat pillows, very few hangers for two people, no cupboard for cloths, patathic refrigerator which does not cool,

It was OK… location and convenience were offset by the issues noted.

Problem with entry code to room. Took some time to be resolved… needed new code to be set remotely as the one given and confirmed on the telephone did not work!

Need to have signs in the main area with the contact number and advice if there is a problem, what to do.

Breakfast was delivered after we had left. Subsequent days were delivered in time.

The shower was constantly dripping and/or made a high pitch whistling sound- needs maintenance or repair.
