Very bad
sea view was excellent from room and roof top ,,, breakfast was good ,, management was good ,,, i love stay again ,,,, last day I walked through beach from nearest point of hotel to kolatholi in the morning and feeling was remarkable
They could not manage room as per my booking on 1st day but they gave us a room that was ok then from 2nd day they managed ...

I didn’t like nothing about this hotel. I would never recommend any one to book this hotel. It’s a scam nothing else for me. I booked three rooms with see view they gave me one see view room with tiny balcony one person could stand there at a time . Other two rooms have slum views. All the rooms were dirty and stinky bedsheets and pillow covers was stained. Talking about complementary breakfast it’s also a big scam and restaurant staff was very rude and unprofessional they behaved like they don’t care if you stay there or no .
I book the hotel from booking.com but there is issue with my booking before I trouble I called to the booking.com for the confirmation they told me everything fine no problem when I arrive in the hotel in the reception told me that your book in is not confirm so I am really disappointed and the organise room but they overcharge 30 Euro when I booking through by booking.com for 3 night night payment has been 120 euro 💶 I take from me 18,000 taka I'm really disappointed
