Nice escape fm the crowds and a challenging one for me to bike to Edam.
Pros:

I experienced one of my best breakfasts. Partly because it was customized according to my choices. Also it was focused and good ingredients.

Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay that we even decided to extend it. The hotel is peaceful, very comfortable, and the atmosphere is so friendly it felt like home. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Everything was delicious, especially the tomato tartare. Breakfast was also over the top, absolutely yummy! When we were looking to book, we noticed the hotel was a bit outside the city, but once we got there we realized it was an easy 10-15 min uber ride into the busy city center. Honestly, that was a big part of the charm. The peace and quiet, plus the amazing water view, made it totally worth it. It’s the kind of place where you just slow down, relax, and really enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

An absolute gem of a hotel. The hotel itself was stunning and the design was thoughtful and curated. The fisherman's village was picturesque and felt so serene. Dinner at DeMark was more than we could have expected. Top tier restaurant with remarkable staff. We received welcome treats and every night at turndown they left a relaxing tea to wind down. We didn't want to leave!

Absolutely magical place! Just 15 minutes from Amsterdam by car, and you're surrounded by calmness, silence, nature, and relaxation. Adorable interior design with meticulous attention to detail. Spotlessly clean rooms and excellent service. Outstanding restaurant for romantic dinner and delicious, tailor-made breakfast cooked by the chef. Beautiful and tasty. Breathtaking views of the harbor. Everything is perfect. We had a lovely weekend!

Little Hidden Gem
Pros:

Everything!!! Stayed for our anniversary. The whole stay was wonderful, staff are fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful, maybe a little more variety, breakfast was super!
