Nunca me hospedei num lugar tão ruim horrível atendimento desde a chegada mulher mal educada na recepção, ar condicionado não deixa funcionando reclamei diversas vezes tanto na hotels.com como no hotel e simplesmente ninguém fez nada sem contar que nenhum dia teve serviço de higienização do hotel , além de todos os absurdos possíveis a internet pessima sem contar que hóspedes chegam na madrugada achando que está numa discoteca gritando com som alto sem nenhum respeito eles simplesmente não fazem e não fizeram nada !
check-in took an hour...they couldn't find my reservation, etc.

Son unos ladrones. Tuvimos que pagar la reserva cuando llegamos al hotel aun habiendola pagado ya por Expedia, dijeron que las reservas de Expedia no las estaban tomando por estafas y tengo mas de 10 años usando Expedia y esto nunca md había pasado. Aun estoy esperando un reembolso de parte de Expedia porque ellos no quisieron reconoer el pago. NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL.
