A well located hotel with very welcoming staff
Pros:

The staff of Hendo hotel is very welcoming and helpful.
They work with an excellent taxi driver, he made the airport pickups and we hired him for a full day to visit Kampala.
Hotel is not far from the airport and from the ferry terminal.

Cons:

Nothing bad to report, the hotel facilities are simple but ok for this price range.

Decent value
Pros:

One of the staff members (evening) was super friendly and helpful. Floors in the room were very dirty but sheets, bed and surfaces seemed clean. Good mosquito net. There was noise from other businesses but closing the bathroom door kept it nice and quiet in the room. Good standing fan kept the air moving and the temperature reasonable in our room. Breakfast was good (huge fruit bowl was awesome). Overall, we'd stay here again for the value.

Cons:

Very dirty floors in the room. They need a thorough cleaning. Some staff weren't enthused about helping us or even having us stay there..

Only location near to the airport and morning time the cook made good breakfast and Ruth the receptionist arrange my shuttle car to drop at airport very swiftly

Cons:

I ordered my dinner and it took almost 2 hours to prepare the food and also there a lot bed bugs and mosquito too much noise from outside made my stay very un comfortable

Great value, great location, great staff
Pros:

The location was excellent. The street looked "dingy" however when you stepped inside it was great. Staff was very friendly, especially Brenda who tried very hard to ensure I was satisfied. The food was OK (if anything too much food !) The second night I only ate main course and could not fit the salad as well. The hot shower worked well.

Cons:

For the cost of the room and dinner there was nothing to complaint about. It was above expectations

A great hotel in Entebbe
Pros:

Great hotel,
It was nice and quiet, and the staff even gave a good recommendation for Mabamba Swamp tour.
Everything is good in the room.
I suppose it's good value for Entebbe.

Cons:

The area is clogged with roadworks and many taxis struggled to find it even after my directions.

The entrance room is a bit dark. Some more light or white walls would improve the impression. Rest was more than ok.

Exellent service
Pros:

Personalen är alltid väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det ligger väldigt bra ställe att bo ppå när man ska flyga på natten. Blev hämatd gratis på flygplatsen.
