La ubicacion excelente muy cerca de la playa y del malecón, los alrededores muy seguros bastante policía siempre prestos a ayudar y ubicar a las personas. el personal del hotel muy amables con una atención al cliente excelente. trasporte muy facil frente al hotel se puede llegar muy rápido a todos los lugares de interes en taxi o bus

La atención muy buena, ubicación clave, pero no nos solucionaron el inconveniente de la habitación

El desayuno estaba rico y muy buena la atención de los empleados del hotel. En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta e ideal ya que queda cerca a la playa y de muchos restaurantes, es una zona muy buena.

Cons:

El día que llegamos nos informaron que había un inconveniente con la habitación que habíamos reservado (doble con dos camas), nos dijeron que por esa noche solo nos podían ofrecer una habitación con cama doble, que nos compensarían por esto y que, además, la noche siguiente nos iban a asignar la habitación correcta. Accedimos a la compensación, nos ofrecieron un tour a Barú (Playa Blanca) con transporte y almuerzo incluido, pero nunca nos cambiaron de habitación. En esta ocasión viajaba con mi hermano y no tuve problema en dormir con él en la misma cama, pero si se hubiese tratado de un viaje de trabajo o algo así, hubiese sido incómodo.

Cons:

Desayuno tarde no pude desayunar. Al salir no había nadie en la recepción la persona llego sobre las 6:30 am. La habitación no fue como se veía en las fotos. La recepción tenía olor a pintura. Pedí que el pago no se descontara de la Tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo, no tuvieron en cuenta mi solicitud.
