Peggior esperienza della mia vita.
Pros:

La vista delle Piramidi che si può vedere solo dal terrazzo dove si fa colazione e non dalle camere.

Cons:

Evitate categoricamente questo “hotel”!
Una stella solo perché è il minimo.
Al nostro arrivo c’era un’insegna con il nome dell’hotel ma l’hotel era inaccessibile perché l’ascensore si può usare solo con un tool che vi forniscono loro (ascensore che andrebbe completamente rifatto di cui allego foto). Non avendo Internet abbiamo iniziato a chiedere ai locali di fronte all’hotel e ci hanno mandato all’hotel Aziz che è accanto e che ha un aspetto di un HOTEL vero e proprio, ma non essendo il nostro hotel hanno chiamato altri locali per cercare qualcuno che trovasse il modo di farci entrare nel nostro hotel. Fino a quando non siamo riuscite ad entrare perché un locale ha chiamato una delle ragazze che lavora per l’hotel urlando affinché sentisse fino al quarto piano.
Le 2 ragazze alla reception, seppur davvero gentili, non parlano una singola parola d’inglese! Come si può lavorare in un hotel dove si presuma vengano turisti, senza parlare inglese?
La vista dalla camera è un edificio diroccato e le foto postate su Booking ingannano e non fanno vedere la completa realtà.
I materassi sono talmente tanto duri che sembra di dormire per terra.
La zona è sporca e pericolosa con locali che vi inseguono finché non entrate nei loro negozi.
Tutti i negozi nella via vi truffano, facendovi pagare 4 volte tanto.
La cosa più grave: abbiamo organizzato un tour con loro pagando 100€ per 7 ore di escursione. Dopo aver capito che in Egitto truffano ovunque abbiamo chiesto ripetute volte se dovessimo pagare altro al figlio del proprietario con cui eravamo in contatto e ci ha detto no che era tutto compreso. Alle 2:13 della notte prima dell’escursione mi scrive che i biglietti per entrare nella zona del deserto erano a porte e ancora da pagare.
Abbiamo scelto l’opzione senza 4x4 poiché volevano 60€ in più per letteralmente 50 metri di auto in più (arrivati a destinazione l’abbiamo visto con i nostri stessi occhi).

Le foto che sono caricate qui su booking non sono di questo aparthotel.
Le camere sono fatiscenti, sporche, con peli nel letto e cuscini sporchi. Il prezzo è sicuramente conveniente e se fossero onesti con le foto non avrei messo questa recensione, ma purtroppo viene venduto con camere bellissime e la realtà non rispecchia assolutamente quanto promesso.
Il personale è gentile
, ma sono rimasta estremamente delusa da ciò che ho trovato rispetto a ciò che ho prenotato.

Good location, cleanness has to be supervised.
Pros:

Location and Room was okay. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, foul is amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately our bed was not clean at all. When we unfolded the blanket underneath was nail pieces and hair. It was disgusting, I haven't told to my girlfriend just removed them quickly though, I asked immediately a new bedsheets. We managed that but they promised a full clean next day, that never happened. .
Street was a bit noisy due to traffic and construction.

the staffs are very friendly and the rooftop view is amaging.

Pros:

Great location. 30 min walk to GEM museum ,5 minute walk to On The Run convenience store for snacks/water. Secure, clean, super staff, English TV channels, large bed cupboards with lots of shelves, fridge, great AC, rooftop view of pyramids, ample tasty breakfast. Easy for Uber to locate. Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Ad said room with balcony and view. No balcony, couldn't even open the window.to see the building next door. So no view either. This was what we could have seen if the window opened
