Pros:

it was clean lovely staf amazing

Cons:

What I did not like, contact the hotel many times informed that we are a couple they let us the matras in the room separated we couldn’t sleep well.

The pool and the hotel entrance made a great first impression — they were truly beautiful.

Cons:

1. The distance and the road to get there were outrageous.
2. There was no private beach and no guidance or information about this.
3. Too many mosquitoes.
4. Unqualified reception staff.
5. The cleaning staff would knock on the door in the evening, and if you were on the balcony and didn’t respond, they would enter the room.
6. The remote control for the air conditioner and the lights belonged to other rooms.

Exceptional hotel with even better service and food
Pros:

Zelia Hotel is a dream come true. The rooms were spotless, the beds unbelievably comfortable, and the view—jaw-dropping! But what made this stay unforgettable was the genuine hospitality. Every detail was thoughtful, from the fresh herbs in the garden to the local touches in the decor. And the food? Better than any five-star resort I’ve been to. You feel the soul of Greece in every corner of this property. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing hotel with fantastic view and interior design
Pros:

Amazing property with fantastic views on the ocean. Great interior design of the rooms and super friendly staff. We recommend booking the Japanese restaurant for dinner!

Cons:

The way to the hotel was a bit sketchy. A lot of garbage on the streets and abandoned houses. Felt a bit unsafe.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches und professionelles Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gutes Essen und Getränke.
Spabehandlungen von hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt an einigen Stellen noch nicht fertig (viele Kabel hängen herum, eine Treppe führt ins Nichts, der Weg zum Strand führt über eine Art Privatgründstück), an anderen Stellen benötigt es schon eine Renovierung.
Insgesamt eher laut, überall brummt und surt es von Klimaanalagen, Pools und Generatoren und auf dem gesamten Gelände wird man von der immer gleichen Musik beschallt, von den Restaurants, über die Pools bis hin zu den Behandlungsräumen des Spas, absolut nervig.
Im Spa war ein riesen Wasserschaden, es hat von den darüberliegenden Pools dauerhaft hineingetropft. Alles sehr glatt und feucht.
Der Strand war Anfang Oktober nicht mehr zu benutzen, die Seegrashaufen waren so hoch, dass man den Strand nicht betreten konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr kleiner, schmaler Strandabschnitt, kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr voll wird.
Hatte insgesamt von einem 5 Sterne Hyatt mehr erwartet.
