Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Manager and the team at the reception moved us a better room the next day as the first room was very small and next to the reception. Our suitcases were moved by the staff to the new room when we returned in the evening.

Cons:

I think the room next to the reception on the ground floor is very small and noisy. Guests must be informed that this is not an ideal room if other rooms are not available. This will allow the guest to make a choice whether to stay or not to stay in this room.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ordentliches Zimmer, gute Größe. Sauber, Klimaanlage, Check-in mitten in der Nacht hat gut funktioniert. Kommunikation im Vorfeld auch. Top Tipp für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Frühstück gab es abgepackt aufs Zimmer. War lecker, aber Uhrzeit dafür war nicht flexibel, nach Ankunft mitten in der Nacht wäre uns später lieber gewesen, aber egal, Hauptsache es gab was. Und die Dusche war nicht abgetrennt, so dass man das Bad komplett unter Wasser setzt.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable, great value! It was extremely clean and great location, so easy to get to wherever we needed to go. AC and fan were functioning perfectly.
We've had great customer service from Apeksha and the rest of the team. There was free coffee, and they very kindly extended our check out time and kept our bags for us.
