Η διαμονή μου στο September Hotel Thessaloniki ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Ταξίδευα μόνος για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και η εμπειρία ήταν υποδειγματική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος.

Το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης ήταν υψηλότατο. Με υποδέχτηκαν με επαγγελματισμό και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον, προσφέροντάς μου δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε μεγαλύτερο, εξαιρετικά άνετο δωμάτιο με θέα στην πισίνα, καθώς και πρωινό. Μια κίνηση που δείχνει φιλοσοφία φιλοξενίας και όχι απλώς τυπική εξυπηρέτηση.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, απόλυτα καθαρό, με σύγχρονο design και άριστη ηχομόνωση — ιδανικό για συγκέντρωση και ξεκούραση μετά από απαιτητική ημέρα. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι κομψοί και προσεγμένοι, με αίσθηση ποιότητας σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια.

Σπάνια συναντάς ξενοδοχείο που να συνδυάζει τόσο αποτελεσματικά επαγγελματισμό, άνεση και πραγματική φιλοξενία. Θα το επιλέξω ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Όλα ήταν άψογα οργανωμένα και σε υψηλό επίπεδο
