Met expectations
Pros:

Good breakfast with wonderful service by the dining room staff. Location was good. After the music around the pool stopped, the room was quiet. There is a large and free parking lot by the hotel.

Cons:

There was no sign with the hotel name on it and we drove past it even with a GPS. The room key didn’t work for the front hotel door the night we checked in. The next day we went to get something from the car and couldn’t get back inside because the room card didn’t work. There was no one at the reception at 6am and the parking guard couldn’t reach reception. No outside intercom to reach staff.

Un hogar fuera de casa

La amabilidad, atención y calidad humana de la Señora María es excepcional, presta a ayudar y satisfacer las necesidades que surjan, tuve un impase de salud y muy amablemente me ayudó en todo lo que requerí, me contactó con un domiciliario de inmediato para conseguir mis medicamentos. Además las instalaciones son únicas, los desayunos imperdibles❤️❤️ Amé este lugar, volvería sin duda alguna.

Maravilloso y fabuloso descanso 🤍

La amabilidad de su propietaria fue increíble! El hotel en sus interiores es muyyy lindo, tiene unas visuales maravillosas y el desayuno es delicioso! Además te orientan en qué se puede realizar, excelentes recomendaciones y te ayudan a gestionar todo lo que se requiere para pasar una hermosa estadía en Paipa.
El l lugar es super limpio, sus camas son extremadamente cómodas la ubicación es perfecto, es un lugar muyyy cálido y bonito y sus desayunos son deliciosos , tienen estación de frutas variedad en todo , café deliciosooo y lo sirven en la terraza con unas visuales hermosas ! Yo les recomiendo que si van a Paipa se hospeden ahí
