Lalocalisation était bonne
Le personnel tres sympa et serviable

Pros:

Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen - sehr toll!
Man wird auch mit Willkommensdrink empfangen.
Frühstück war sehr gut!

Cons:

Die Tauben auf der Dachterasse machen das Pool-Wasser sehr eklig.

Good stay and possibility to work remotely
Pros:

Great rooms, nice pool, and nice space to work remotely. Also breakfast were very good

It’s located a bit in the near of the “safe zone” in Santa Marta. So, it still has a nice location but the street is a bit empty in the night

Bem localizado e simples
Pros:

a localização é realmente um ponto muito positivo. Ele fica em uma área bem central da cidade e muito próximo da praia, o que facilita bastante para se locomover e aproveitar a região.
Também gostei da piscina e do terraço, que são espaços agradáveis para relaxar durante a estadia.
Por outro lado, achei que o quarto é bastante simples e, pelo preço pago, não senti que o custo-benefício valeu muito a pena. A acomodação em geral é bem básica.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo foi o barulho à noite. Durante toda a madrugada eu conseguia ouvir música muito alta, o que acabou atrapalhando bastante o descanso.
Também fiquei muito chateada com uma situação envolvendo a lavanderia. Paguei para enviar algumas roupas para lavar e algumas peças voltaram danificadas. Sei que a lavanderia é terceirizada e que isso não é necessariamente culpa direta do hotel, mas foi algo que nunca tinha acontecido comigo antes. Infelizmente eram roupas de que eu gostava muito, então acabei tendo um prejuízo e fiquei bem decepcionada com essa experiência.

Las instalaciones me gustaron mucho, el desayuno es muy rico, y la terraza igual

Cons:

La zona lastimosamente aunque es cerca del malecón y muy central a todo, hay mucho indigente, aunque pues eso no es culpa del hotel, es mas de la ciudad, y en general pude observar que la ciudad es muy cochina.

La comodidad a un paso del mar
Pros:

Los espacios, la atención y el recibimiento desde el primer momento

Cons:

La ubicación debido a que el acceso se debe dar directamente desde la bahía y no por el centro, sin embargo tampoco es responsabilidad de ellos, espero que se mejore la seguridad del sector

Excelente ubicación cerca de la bahía, muy buen desayuno, limpio.

Cons:

En la habitación para 4 personas paran poner una mesita con cuidado sillas o un sillón. Y debería incluir recarga ilimitada de agua potable fría.

Average hotel promoted as something special. Reason to visit again would be safety.
Pros:

- postivie aspects regarding personal safety measures and honesty of staff.
- central location
- most of the receptionists and staff in the breakfast area were hospitable and nice.

Cons:

- lack of mosquito net that caused a gread disconfort. I prefer to sleep with windows open instead of AC in places with high humidity that promotes formation of mold.
- aspects regarding rigid protocols of check in/check out and use of AI on the main contact number of the hotel. If i would like interaction with robots, I would chose an Airbnb. Management often confuse use of AI with modernism. In reality it's just cost-efficiency (poor treatment).

Pros:

La ubicación excelente a menos de una cuadra del mar. La habitacion súper amplia y cómoda. Dormimos delicioso ya que no había ningún ruido. La terraza simplemente perfecta con una vista hermosa.
El desayuno muy completo y rico. La atención por parte de todos los empleados siempre muy amables.
Sin duda volveremos!

La atención es excelente 🙌🏻

Cons:

No es que no me gustase, aunque no lo use la tv no tenía cable (aún así podrás iniciar sesión con tus plataformas en la tv) de resto todo de 10.

Cons:

Ihre Wasserpolitik zur Vermeidung von Plastik find ich super (man kann Re-Fill an der Reception machen), leider sind die Mitarbeiter nicht so richtig geschult oder das Wasser war nicht ready, was oft für Verwirrung sorgte. Ich benötigte sicher 2 Liter pro Tag, was das Hotel bisschen überforderte.
