Só elogios para esse hotel! Ótima localização, água quente nos chuveiros (que por sinal era muito
bom), shampoo e condicionador excelente dado pelo hotel, ar-condicionado bom, jacuzzi no último andar, máquina de café gratuito com chocolate quente, cappuccino.. foi TUDO! podem reservar sem medo

Todo nuevo, las camas súper cómodas, el jacuzzi delicioso, la presión del agua que es algo que falla en la mayoría de hoteles en san Andrés allá es perfecta!! Cama súper cómoda, aire 10/10!!! Sin queja nos encanto

Comodidad y atención excelente
Pros:

Un hotel muy cómodo, las habitaciones y zonas comunes muy agradables. La atención de las personas también fue excelente y rápida ante cualquier pregunta o incomodidad. 100% volvería!

Cons:

Las zonas comunes son un gran plus, especialmente para trabajar en horas fuera del check-in o check-out, pero sí hace falta un ventilador para el calor y una ducha cerca al jacuzzi para poder entrar y bañarse antes de salir del hotel

MOLD IN HOTEL: WE GOT SICK
Pros:

I have nothing good to say after getting sick from mold exposure!

Cons:

My husband and I had reserved the hotel for a week. Day 4 I started to get really sick with respiratory symptoms. Day 5 my symptoms got worse and my husband had the same symptoms when he woke up. Day 6 was the worse when we woke up. We couldn’t get out of bed and slept from 10pm to 3pm the following day and needed to cancel our plans. That same day, we noticed when we were outside the room our symptoms improved, but were worse when we woke up each morning. My mother in law suggested there could be mold in the hotel. That’s when we looked up and holy cow, small black dots everywhere. We also noticed there was a storage area left open near the elevators with really bad mold. As soon as we saw all this mold we left to my sister in laws Airbnb. We told the hotel staff and they said “yeah it’s an island and it’s really humid, we try our best to manage the mold.” No refund or anything offered. Something tells me they knew about the mold!

Las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Hace falta una mesita y una silla, donde poder organizar cosas, escribir algo o simplemente descargar cosas de mano, que necesitas tener al alcance.

no tiene ventanas, la ropa coge mal olor . Limpia la habitación.

Al momento del check in: no explicaron que no hay teléfono para llamar a recepción.

No hay ventanas en las habitaciones, por tanto la ropa mojada de la playa y Toallas comienzan a oler mal rápidamente
