Every thing was amazing I really recommend
Our stay at Giza Palace was impeccable. From the outstanding facilities to the attentive and friendly staff, I couldn't have asked for more. The spa experience was wonderfully relaxing, and the service was efficient throughout. The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
Don’t stay here yet…. They are not ready.
Customer service is non existence and managers don’t response to any problems.
Spent a lot of money staying here but they are not ready for top level service.
So many faults, as it is a new hotel…. accidents waiting to happen…
The Hotel itself is beautiful, but no service. what’s the point of a beautiful hotel if you cannot cater to its guest.

Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo.
It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel.
I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening.
A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad, Islam, Mahmoud, Samia, Chief Hussain, Hossam, Mr. Alaa, Shadwa, and everyone in the hotel.
