The SPA area is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with access for children under 14 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The pool is open from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Call hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We do not have a reception in the hotel, only online check-in is possible, therefore also 24h online check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Wonderful experience that really enhanced our enjoyment of the ski hills.
Pros:

Wonderful experience for the whole family. We particularly loved the breakfast and the Thai restaurant in the evening. The pool was a major plus for the kids. Walking distance to the first T-Bar was so convenient.

Cons:

The electronic key and internet access sent to our mobile phones were not accessible upon arrival unless we turned on our roaming on the phones.

Schöne Suite mit einigen“Aber“
Pros:

Die Suite war komfortabel, schön groß und mit großem Balkon. Im Keller gab es für jedes Zimmer einen eigenen begehbaren Schrank, in dem man auch die Jacken lassen konnte. Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet.

Cons:

Ohne Handy (mit geladenem Akku) geht nichts. Ohne kommt man weder in die Tiefgarage, ins Haus oder ins Zimmer. Service beim Frühstück und im Thairestaurant unfreundlich, unflexibel und permanent überfordert. Und bitte um Himmels Willen keinen Pott Kaffee mit auf die Zimmerterrasse nehmen😱
Bei den Appartmentpreisen völlig überzogen: Bademantel leihen 7 Euro pP, Reinigung erst wenn man länger als 3 Nächte (!) bleibt, sonst €39.-( wird als nachhaltige Reinigung verkauft) und Wäschewechsel kostet auch extra. Obwohl krankheitsbedingt nur eine Person anreisen konnte, war keine Erstattung oder Verrechnung des zweiten Frühstückes möglich. Und als besondere Überraschung hatte man dann die zweite Bettdecke/ Kissen einfach weggeräumt. ( habe ich aber auf Verlangen wieder bekommen)

Super miejsce!!!
Pros:

Apartamenty LH świetny wybór!! Pokoje czyste, przestronne, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny i całkiem przyjemny taras. Dużym plusem restauracja/sushi bar na samej górze-klimatyczne miejsce na wieczór. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadanie z pięknym widokiem na góry. Basen i strefa spa zadbana, estetyczna, przyjemne miejsce na odpoczynek po nartach. Duża przestronne szafki na cały sprzęt narciarski - suszarki, wieszaki itp. Podziemny garaż bezpłatny dodatkowym atutem. Polecam i napewno wrócę!!!!

Cons:

Szkoda tylko, że strefa spa i basen czynny w godzinach 15-19 mógłby być otwarty trochę dłużej np. do 21, czasem dzieci w godzinach 15-19 nie sprzyjają odpoczynkowi :)

Really great stay!
Pros:

LH Suites exceeded our expectations, which I guess were relatively high based on the reviews and property description. We stayed in Mountain Suite and the room was meticulously clean and everything worked as expected.
The spa is lovely and our children loved enjoying the pool after long days on the slopes, as did we!! There's nothing better than having a swim and sauna after day of skiing.
The breakfast was amazing, admittedly one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have ever had and we have travelled quite a bit! The selection was great and everything was delicious and fresh!
The ski bus stops right outside the hotel so it's very convenient to get to the slopes and the boot room is very spacious, warm and clean! Warmed boot racks ensured that even in the very wet spring conditions our gear was nice and dry even after some rainy days in the slopes!
The staff was all super friendly and nice!
The room had a convenient parking at site which made unpacking and packing the skis and luggage out and in the car convenient and easy!
Top marks!!

Cons:

We can't find a fault if we're looking for one!

Pros:

Krásný nový a prostorný apartmán, úžasné snídaně včetně čerstvých míchaných vajec, omelet a sushi!!, vyhřívaný venkovní bazén, sauna, vlastnít kóje v lyžárně. Veškeré přístupy řešeny přes mobilní telefon. Velmi luxusní dovolená, mohu vřele doporučit!
