Cons:

They should change the front desk person, we could have had a better experience and we didn’t because the lack of help planning activities with hotel she wasn’t very amicable either

bonito lugar buena vista, la comida es buena. El costo a mi parecer está muy alto con respecto a los servicios pero bueno, bonito si es.

Las manillas del lavamanos estaban rotas y habían goteras sobre la cama, eso que era la habitación luxury.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son realmente hermosas. La atención fue espectacular, la comida sabrosa.

Cons:

Los escalones para ir a las villas son bastante incómodos porque hay que subir mucho las piernas entre un escalón y otro. Quizás si tuvieran un carrito de golf y el camino para ello facilitaría el traslado, sería genial, así sea a costo del cliente. Repetiría sus instalaciones pero no me quedaría una villa si hubiera carrito de traslado.

Mi villa estaba muy cómoda.

Cons:

El restaurante el servicio es pésimo, tanto como a la hora del desayuno como la comida, precios sobre valorados para el lugar, una entraña 150 mil pesos y el sabor terrible, deberían de mejorar ese punto.

Es un lugar maravilloso: la ubicación, la infraestructura, la gente y su amabilidad, los detalles, la decoración, la comida… Sin duda, más pronto de lo que pensábamos, volveremos. Y, si hubiera que describir este lugar en un comentario, diríamos “piensan en todo”.
