Our stay was overshadowed by the theft of our laptop from the designated luggage storage. The storage area is fundamentally insecure: it consists of metal cages with bars so wide that anyone can reach in. We even found sticks nearby used to fish out bags. Furthermore, we were informed that the neighborhood is unsafe and that some apartments in the building are reportedly rented by drug users.
Despite these known risks, the host, Petr, provides no security cameras and showed a complete lack of concern. His only response was that the theft was 'our responsibility and our challenge.' Since the incident, Petr has been ignoring our phone calls. It seems he is more comfortable writing dismissive messages than actually speaking and resolving serious issues. It is quite ironic that a host who talks about 'responsibility' is now seemingly too afraid to pick up the phone and help his guests.
While the room itself was clean, the total lack of security and the host's evasive attitude make it impossible to recommend this place. Please be extremely careful.

Мы крайне разочарованы и напуганы пребыванием в этих апартаментах. мы оставили свои вещи (включая компьютер, часы и документы) в камере хранения, а 23 февраля обнаружили, что их украли.
В здании абсолютно нет камер видеонаблюдения, что делает его легкой мишенью для воров. Район кажется небезопасным: каждую ночь в подъезд заходят посторонние люди (вероятно, знающие код от двери) и устраивают шум, из-за чего было невозможно спать.
Хозяин апартаментов полностью проигнорировал нашу ситуацию. Он не отвечает на звонки, а в сообщениях просто снял с себя всю ответственность, заявив, что это наши проблемы. Мы считаем, что это прямая вина владельца, который не обеспечил безопасность входа в дом и сохранность вещей, которые сам разрешил оставить. Категорически не рекомендуем это место, если вы дорожите своими вещами и безопасностью».
