Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, sodass wir rund 30 Minuten warten mussten, bis sich jemand gekümmert hat. Ein schlechter Start nach einer Anreise.

Das Frühstück für 20 € pro Person war eine absolute Enttäuschung: Viele Speisen waren ständig vergriffen, Teller gab es nur auf Nachfrage und benutztes Geschirr wurde während der Frühstückszeit nicht abgeräumt. In dieser Preisklasse ist das inakzeptabel.

Der größte Negativpunkt kam jedoch beim Check-out: Zusätzlich wurde eine Endreinigungspauschale von 75 € berechnet, die vorab nicht transparent kommuniziert wurde.
