Molto rilassante e immerso in una natura spettacolare
Pros:

Soprattutto la posizione centrale e la stanza con due letti e locali separati con uso cucina. ( molto pratico)

Cons:

La pavimentazione della stanza e il fatto di non avere avuto info dal personale sulle possibilità di passeggiate o riduzioni presso il centro Olympia.

we are planning to stay here next year
Pros:

Hotel location is perfect. There is a tunel under the hotel to Olympiabad which makes very easy to access in cold weather. When compared with other hotels price/ performance is very good. Staff is very friendly. Family rooms are very comfortable

Goed. Maar wij gaan volgend jaar toch een ander hotel opzoeken.
Pros:

Ontbijt uitstekend.

Cons:

Mevrouw aan de receptie was niet aardig. Wij kwamen aan. En kregen niet de kamer die we toegewezen kregen. Daar iets van verteld. Mevrouw was daardoor flink geïrriteerd naar ons toe. Moesten uiteindelijk mee naar de 2 etage voor beddengoed/kussens etc te halen. En moeten uiteindelijk onze eigen bedden opmaken. Geen goed begin van de vakantie. Uiteindelijk wel super aardige eigenaren en boden ook excuses aan.

Pros:

Top Lage, Frühstück ist okay. Kostenlose Kaffee und Teebar ist top.
Ein italienischer Hotelmitarbeiter ist wirklich super und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Serviceleitung wirkt wenig freundlich und offenbar überfordert. Sie tritt über mehrere Tage hinweg in derselben Kleidung auf, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlässt.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel deutlich unterbesetzt.
Die Zimmer weisen einen erheblichen Wartungsstau auf (u. a. klemmende Türen, lockere Wasserhähne, defekte Beleuchtung und beschädigte Türscharniere).

Great stay for a family, perfect location, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is perfect with a beautiful view to the mountains. The breakfast is exceptional, wide selection and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. All equipment was provided: many towels, hairdryer, soap, hand cream, kitchen with basic equipment. We would be glad to return! :)

Cons:

We liked it all but we have some suggestion of improvements: we had a double room apartman for the four of us but we were only provided with one chair. At least one extra chair would be great. Luckily the weather was good enough to sit and eat outside (with enough number of chairs). The wifi signal (which is not a secured wifi) was quite poor - in one of the rooms it usually didn't work.
