Lugar único pero comida demasiada cara

Cons:

Valor de la comida demasiado caro se entiende que es una isla pero por ejemplo plato pescado con patacón 65 mil colombianos en cartagena el mismo plato a 30 mil colombianos... Pensado además que el pescado es local demasiado caro. Una exageración que cueste mas del doble.

Tranquilidad, privacidad y descanso.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la estadía, buena atención, un lugar tranquilo, silencioso. Luis Carlos nos hizo una atención al mejorar la habitación que inicialmente habíamos reservado. Excelente paisaje. Conexión wifi permanente para temas de trabajo. Sin duda recomendado.

Cons:

El frente frío al inicio del mes dejó algunos daños en la infraestructura, pero el hotel estaba trabajando en sus reparaciones. Es algo ajeno a la voluntad y es entendible la situación.

This "Eco resort" could use a huge upgrade

The staff was very friendly and the location was nice. Thanks to Luis and Daniel for all the support.

Cons:

No value for money. El Embrujo is supposed to be an eco resort, but based on our experience the word eco is misused to hide low quality accomodation in terms of material quality of the room and equipment and bad service.
We booked a double room at premium price with high expectations. Room was basic with no basic equipment such as cupboard, fridge, kettle etc. The sliding door of the room was damaged and could not be closed completely and we had the wind come in all night, disturbing our sleep. On the day of checkout. The door completely fell off.
Ordering meals felt like being a kid at school, where you just get served whatever is on the menu. Even though we asked for vegetarian food repeatedly, we either got served meat or something random. Breakfast is random and you don't really know what you're going to get. Almost no choice here.
There was a storm last week which damaged part of the property. We understand the situation, but nobody informed us about this in advance. The real picture looks nowhere close to the pictures advertised. The property partly looks like a construction site now. Some damages like the broken stairs and rails leading to the water existed much before the storm and this hasn't been fixed, considering the safety risks involved.
I get it and understand the resource limitations on Tintipan, but naming the property an eco resort, while asking for a premium price with flaws in quality, offering and bad customer service is a no go.

Sehr Gastfreundlich
Pros:

Die Unterkünfte sind schön, und gut ausgestattet. Jedoch holt sich die Natur langsam die Insel zurück und das sieht man auch. Einige Zeit vor unserer Ankunft muss wohl auch ein Sturm die Seite der Insel getroffen haben. Die Schäden waren unübersehbar. Das Team um Luis macht allerdings das Beste daraus und macht das Ganze mit Höflichkeit und Gastfreundschaft wieder wett. Auch das Internet per Starlink in die Anlage zu holen ist clever..Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt als Auszeit genossen.

Descanso total
Pros:

Un genio Luis. Me dieron una habitación super cómoda frente a la playa. Muy agradecida del gesto.
La comida de Sol deliciosa y abundante. Muy amable Yorli y el resto del equipo.
Realmente fueron días de descanso total. Recomiendo y espero volver pronto!

Excelente hotel para descansar y desconectar
Pros:

Recomiendo 100% visitar Tintipan y hospedarse en el Embrujo. El lugar está en un entorno increíble de naturaleza para relajarse donde se puede hacer snorkel y ver plancton, y otras actividades. El personal es excelente tanto Luis, Daniel y las cocineras hacen que te sientas como en casa. Súper felices de haber parado en este hotel.

Pros:

This is an amazing place if you want to reconnect, not only relax. It seems a lot of people spend just 1 day or two on the islands but i believe this deserves a bit more time. The place has a very special character and it allows you to rewire.
Not to mention the staff headed by Luis, who are incredibly friendly, kind, available, easy-going, who prepare delicious food with all their heard.

This place has a soul if you care to stay there for real and not just check it up.

Pros:

Luis y Dani del personal del hotel, ejercieron una hipnosis de hospitalidad tan genuina que mi amiga y yo perdimos la brújula del estrés entre corales y plancton. Lograron que nosotros y los otros huéspedes del hotel vibraran en una sintonía muy auténtica. El Hotel logró recrear un descanso tan profundo que logramos entender por qué se llama “El Embrujo”. Salimos de allí con el alma reseteada y la promesa de volver a caer en su hechizo muy pronto.
