Pros:

The hotel was at walking distance from Plaza Bolivar and Candelaria. We could see Monserrat from the hotel window. The room was very large and we had clean sheets and hot water.

Cons:

The monotonous breakfast. Also, the furniture is a bit outdated.

Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O pessoal e o atendimento são o ponto forte do hotel. Os quartos da frente são barulhentos. Os do fundo são ótimos. O café da manhã é bom e farto. A localização é boa. Dá para ir a pé a vários pontos turísticos. Funcionários excelentes.

Cons:

O quarto onde nos colocaram inicialmente tinha problemas no chuveiro. Muito ruim. Mas no dia seguinte foram muito prestativos e realizaram a troca de quarto. Os quartos da frente são barulhentos. Os do fundo são ótimos.

Pros:

Muy amables todos.
Céntrico.

Cons:

Huele a cigarrillos a pesar de que no se debe fumar en las habitaciones. Mucho ruido de la calle porque queda en pleno centro.

El orden y comodidad y limpieza. Guardan maletas.

Cons:

El ingreso estaba programado a las 3 pm y siendo las 430 pm aún no podíamos hacerlo. El servicio restaurante es sumamente demorado. La salida es programada a la 1 pm pero requirieron salir a las 1230 pm.

Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo e arejado. Café da manhã bom e variado. O quarto é excelente.

Duas funcionárias mal educadas e ignorantes.
Por pouco não estragaram a experiência do hotel.

SIN DUDA, LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA.
Pros:

Las habitaciones no recibían una limpieza adecuada: no cambiaban toallas ni sábanas, no había jabón ni alfombra de baño y, aun solicitándolo, nunca lo repusieron. No cuentan con servicio a la habitación y la ubicación resulta insegura

Cons:

La atención en recepción fue pésima y totalmente desorganizada. Las recepcionistas demostraron una clara falta de profesionalismo y disposición para ayudar. En particular, la señora PAULA (lentes) tuvo una actitud indiferente y déspota ante una solicitud básica: pedí una plancha y, pese a insistir, no mostró intención de ayudarme ni de gestionar la solicitud oportunamente.

Durante el desayuno, el servicio fue caótico, sin personal asignado de forma permanente y con discusiones entre los trabajadores frente a los huéspedes.

Apartamento espetacular com vista de uma das mais movimentadas avenidas da capital colombiana. A cama era muito confortável e o hotel tem um padrão bom de atendimento e serviços.

Cons:

A localização é numa área que, de noite, fica bem perigosa. Todavia, isso não me gerou nenhuma situação incômoda...
