Location perfect and super friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and newly renovated. The staff in incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is amazing and beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful with great service. I loved staying at the Athens Capital Suites.

Our stay at the boutique Athens Capital Suites was wonderful and we would highly recommend this property when visiting Athens. Tucked away on a pedestrian path around the corner from its sister property, an established luxury hotel, it was initially difficult to locate but we enjoyed the respite from the traffic on the Main Street, particularly as there were peaceful protests taking place during our stay.

The hotel itself is very new and absolutely immaculate. We were generously upgraded to a beautiful deluxe suite, which comprised of a master bedroom and bathroom, additional toilet, spacious living and dining area complete with kitchenette and complementary minibar. The interiors were modern and luxurious, beautifully finished and thoughtfully laid out. Most importantly, the hotel took note of our personal preferences and the housekeeping prepared the room according with great care and attention to detail. Anything that was required was delivered without delay and one got the sense that they took real pride in their work.

Likewise, breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The a la carte menu was extensive and they were able to cater to dietary requirements. Although the hotel is compact and doesn’t have many facilities, the team is young, enthusiastic and forthcoming with recommendations. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant in their sister hotel, which served outstanding Japanese fusion cuisine.

All the staff we met were wonderful but special mention must be given to Sissy at the front desk. An absolute professional, Sissy was warm, efficient and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on and we really appreciated her proactive attitude. Emily and Eleni with housekeeping ensured a very comfortable stay; no easy feat for two jet-lagged travelers!

The apartments exceeded our expectations. I've never experienced such high quality service at such a low price. The exceptional customer service was combined with friendly staff, courteous and eager to help at every turn. Every guest's request was met with a smile and joy. The staff simply loved their people. The room was equipped with everything you could wish for, everything of the highest quality, including the minibar, which is included in the room rate and stocked with a wide selection of drinks and snacks.
