With this free bus, this is a great option for Banff! Lovely coffee tea, good food options and good facilities.
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel with great staff and some lovely touches. Great hot tub.

Cons:

Location is slightly out of town but everything else is 10/10. One big issue with the rooms is that the doors don’t fit very well so it’s noisy and light gets in.

Clean, modern, and amazing mountain view hot pool and restaurant!
Pros:

I loved the location, about 20 min walk to downtown so you are away from the noise and the crowd -but a bus can be easily accessed across the hotel- they give you free transit pass during your stay- I enjoyed the walks though! Hotel is kept clean considering the weather- it didn’t look muddy from all the snow. The free drip style coffee is a plus- the restaurant in the Hotel is a gem! We had dinner there twice as we really enjoyed it- we also tried the breakfast and didn’t disappoint! Banff Hotels are understandably expensive- so I would say for the hot pool experience, with a mountain view and open from 7am to 11 pm and the room and hotel cleanliness, it is worth it. Another plus- free secured parking in the building.

Cons:

The beds and pillows could definitely be better- It is too firm for me and did not sleep too comfortably- kept waking up as it hurts my neck and my back.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Received complimentary upgrade. Restaurant prices very affordable and staff very friendly. Nice hot tub on the roof.

Cons:

Location just a bit far out of town for walking in the colder temperatures, however Roam busstop just outside hotel entry.

Very new and modern. Thoughtful design. Hot tub is awesome with stunning views. Parking was easy and convenient. Good restaurants around! Amazing stay.

Pros:

Super nice hotel with perfect amenities, clean rooms, friendly staff and a super nice bar/restaurant.
Parking was easy, hot pools and sauna were super nice and the rooms were definitely 4 stars or more!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the roomdoor wasn't soundproof , so you could hear everything that was said or done in the hallway.
