La terraza y la piscina y el personal son muy agradables

Cons:

Lastimosamente encontramos una cucaracha, pusieron veneno y tuvimos que esperar una hora afuera de la habitación. Después la habitación no tiene mucha ventilación así que fue un poco difícil conciliar el sueño. Además, las paredes estaban muy sucias y las cortinas también. A pesar de la Excel ubicación, están arreglando la calle y el acceso es un poco engorroso.

La falta de seriedad de la Persona encargada en el hotel, ya que tenía mi reserva y escribí que por temas de lluvia iba retrasada 15 minutos, a lo cual al llegar al hotel habían vendido las habitaciones. Una falta de seriedad con mi familia. Me parece que son personas engañosas. Creo en mi vida vuelvo pedir hospedaje en ese sitio y trataré que muchas personas sepan que no cumplen con las reservas hechas en esta plataforma porque no hubo anticipo. Entonces si ellos para guardar las habitaciones querían un abono, lo más lógico es que lo pidan.

Cons:

Él señor de la recepción tiene un negocio con las habitaciones ya que si por este medio sale un poco más económico. Entonces la vende más costosa a las personas que llegan personalmente y no respetan la reserva. Así de simple dicen que se vendió y ya, nunca me había pasado algo tan horrible en este medio Pero al parecer el tipo del hotel es un aprovechado y tiene su negocio bajo cuerda

Pros:

Esta cerca a la calle principal, cerca a la playa y a la zona de restaurantes ( muy buenos), tenia buen tamaño la habitación, aire y abanico

Cons:

Había tv pero con mala ubicación, llegaba casi al techo y la cama esta al lado del tv, el tv no está enfrente d ela cama sino aun lado y pegado casi al techo, el baño pequeño y la letrina muy bajita, la ropa de cama deteriorada. Las toallas viejas y además que había una construcción, demoliendo un puente al frente del hotel , fue extremadamente ruidoso

Pros:

Pool area but was missing sun beds that was shown in photos, the staff were nice and friendly especially the young man at the front desk who tried very hard to help us with any requests

Cons:

Rooms were extremely small and very hot even with fan on need the air con room, breakfast was never on time at all we stayed for 4 nights had breakfast once as we had a course at 8, they said breakfast was at first 6.30 am , then at 7am then they said 7.30 the staff one day didn't turn up to make breakfast so that was extremely disappointing
