Pros:

Posto Magnifico nel mezzo del deserto.
È un oasi di pace con una bellissima piscina dove potersi rinfrescare e stare in relax.
Si possono raccogliere i datteri dalle palme e mangiarli (Buonissimo).
Il posto è curatissimo, pulito e le tende hanno tutti i confort (aria condizionata caldo/freddo, coperte, bagno e daccia calda).
Personale gentilissimo e disponobile per ogni esigenze.
Cena e colazione con piatti tipici buonissimi (sono attenti anche alle allergie e intolleranze, per me che ne soffro è stato molto importante).
Abbiamo vissuto un sogno nel deserto e grazie a loro abbiamo prenotato la gita in Quod fino allo Ksar vicino e all'alba i dromedari.
(Un Grazie alla Signorina della Reception Aisha che ci ha accolto e permesso di restare di piu per rifocillarci e non prendere troppo caldo in moto e ad Omar che con premura ci ha servito la cena e la colazione e ci ha aiutato a trovare le escursioni piu belle).

Merci à l’équipe de Pansy qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute .
La piscine et le cadre sont agréables.

Cons:

Nous avons conscience que l’oasis est entourée d’un désert mais il paraît important d’informer que l’électricité est limitée sur des plages horaires précises (pour les personnes non initiées).
Ce qui se comprend comme il n’y a pas d électricité courante. Nous avons trouvé un peu cher (180€ la nuit pour 3 ) mais c’est le désert !

Really beautiful and peaceful setting in the Ksar Ghilane oasis, enjoy the sunset from their watchtower

The room has a real bathroom, and it's quite comfy even though the shower could do with a screen so as not to flood the living space

Near the centre of action if you want to do quads or camel ride

Cons:

There is no WiFi, for the range they are targeting they should look into sorting that out

The bedsheets are an afterthought: they don't get to cover the mattress, they're rough and also not always present (pillow covers what are these??). Moreover the thick fake fur blankets tend to be full of the sand dust

The receptionist wants to be anywhere but there

Positivo: struttura piacevole. Tenda molto ampia. Bagno ampio. Tutto pulito. Parcheggio vicino.

Negativo: elettricità attiva solo dalle 19:30. Quindi niente luce, niente caricabatterie, niente aria condizionata fino a quell’ora. Piscina non balneabile ad aprile (inaccettabile col caldo. Che fa). La colazione non era il massimo. Una sola presa elettrica un tenda ed una in bagno.

Heated and air-con tents with electricity and lighting. Lovely bar and separate restaurant.
Received a huge welcome. Sahara desert is 4 mins walk where you find camels and buggies.


There is a hot spring in the centre of the village free for all to swim in 2 mins walk.

I hired a 4x4 trip from reception and journeyed into the Sahara for 3 hours.

Peaceful, lovely pool and gardens. Quiet. Wake up to the fresh air and birds singing.

Very good potential that is poorly executed

The hotel has great potential in terms of location and design. It's great that it's located on the main street and close to the main action and entrance to the Sahara. Among other things, it has its own swimming pool, which is great for children, and the possibility of dinner, where we experienced the preparation and baking of bread and lamb. These are definitely the best points of our stay at the hotel. Mr. Ali was very helpful from time to time during the stay.

Cons:

The tent we stayed in was partially cleaned, but it is obvious that the tents are not well maintained. The bedding is poorly washed, the pillows are at their limit, I don't know when they were last changed, and the bathroom was catastrophically dirty. Communication in English is limited and the staff are not constantly available if something is needed, otherwise when they are found they are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, the best of the Sahara

Cons:

We were ripped off when we had to pay for our two alcoholic drinks - most expensive drinks we’ve ever had to date! Money was clearly pocketed, so that was quite disappointing. The campsite also needed cleaning up a bit. Was expensive for what it was.

A good and diferent experience.
Pros:

It is very good hotel... Very confortable, the owners are nice, very nice. It is clean, diferent, a very good experience. Take a few bucks with you, they don´t offer water, you must buy... so go outside the hotel to get one.

I liked everything, I think they shuld ofer water at least.... But it is a fine place...
