Beautiful roof top pool & bar, attentive staff.
Gorgeous rooms

Apart from some hicups with the charges of our laundry and the over quoting of our airport transfer the staff and location were great.

All issues were fixed and all the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They took extra care with my son and they all learnt his bame by the time we left.

I wouldnt order the cocktails as they werent very good but the other drinks were really nice and the staff serving the food and drinks were very attentive and caring.

The view from the roof was amazing and the swimming pool was next level amazing after a hot day out.

There was also a small issue with the power going out on and off one day but didnt ruin our experience and was fixed promptly.

Walking distance to some restaurants is about 10minutes

We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest. There was a spa that really helped me relax from all my visits through Egypt this was extra charge but they offered so many options that you can pick. Staff in general very kind and offered a good service. I liked they were so flexible with breakfast, we had to leave earlier in the morning and they packed our breakfast. We were so satisfy with the service.

The service is really bad

Perfect location to discover the beautiful city of Luxor. The hotel is apparently quite new, very well furnished. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Beds were very good. The view from the room was astonishing, but the one from the rooftop was even better. It was very relaxing to use the swimming pool after a day of visits. We had our lunches there: breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the dinner on the rooftop with an unforgettable view on the sunset over the Nile. All the staff people were very professional, dedicated, friendly and efficient. We recommend this hotel, perfect for a very comfortable discovery of Luxor.

Very nice property

This hotel was legitimately the worst travel experience of my life. First the hotel wanted 25 to take me to the hotel that is 15 minutes away. They overcharged for every activity. Then they almost made me miss my flight when it was time to leave. Just an abhorrent experience from beginning to end.

Super lækkert hotel. Ligger lige ved siden af Luxor-tempel. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det er den bedste søvn, jeg fik på hele turen til Egypten. Da vi ankom, spurgte vi efter en chauffør, som kunne tage os rundt til de top 5 seværdigheder i Luxor. Efter 30 min dukkede der en mand op, som var sammen med os resten af dagen. Morgenmaden var glimrende. Vi boede på 5. etage, så larm fra gaden var overhovedet ikke slemt.

We clearly came to the hotel at a quiet time of year as there were not many other guests but it was an amazing experience as all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The aesthetics and design of the place was really well done and high quality and the food also matched this standard.
The bar had a grand piano which was so much fun to be able to play (I'm a pianist) and I even got a request from the staff to play again the next night - only down side was the piano was very out of tune and the sustain pedal was broken.
My first time having a massage was at the Spa which come at an extra cost, but this was certainly worth the 33 Euros and the massage therapist Sayed felt like nothing short of a good friend by the end of our short stay at the hotel.
Finally, the rooftop pool was a very nice touch (although quite cold in the evening) and it was great to be able to swim with an incredible view of the sunset. Even though there was a sign saying the rooftop pool closes at sunset, the staff didn't have any problems with us messing about after dark and were very funny, cheering us on to get in the cold pool!
Overall I would highly recommend - the only downsides were the location felt a bit rough (but so was most of Egypt) so we didnt leave the hotel, and the air conditioning in our room definitely could have been better. We never complained about the air conditioning since we were only there for a few nights but Im sure the staff would have helped if we had raised an issue

This hotel has the the greatest staff. They took extremely good care of me. I would stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel,walking distance to the Nile river,friendly staff and helpful,very clean and big room with a big bathroom. If I come back to Luxor,definitely this is the place to stay.

Rigtig fint hotel, med en fantastisk billigenhed. vi var der i start januar og måske off season, hotellet er stort og flot, med pool på taget og disko i kælderen.
Det er smukt på en måde der minder om en storhedstid i 80’erne.
Vi havde et billigt mindre værelse der var helt ok, ikke noget prangende, men her er sikkert, en god seng, varmt vand og et køleskab osv.
Godt for et par der vil bruge mere tid i templer, gader og på Nilen end på et hotelværelse.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and had a kettle and tea bags which is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful though sometimes it took repeated requests for things such as toilet roll.
If you want to use the steam room or sauna there is an extra charge of $10 per person and they need notice so you can’t just go down and use it.
Food in the bar is basic so better to go elsewhere. Would recommend the steigenberger hotel nearby as it has 2 restaurants- Italian and Lebanese and the food is good.
