Prime Residence is super clean with professional and helpful staff. The kitchen has the basic necessities and it comes with a washing machine too.

Friendly staff, nice and clean suite - but cheap with amenities. Stayed with my husband for 2 nights, we were given 2 small bottles of water, and enough Nescafé for 1 cup 😂 would be nice if the property considered these small details

We only stayed here for one night during a long layover in Cairo. Overall, the experience was fine and on par for what we expected considering what we paid. The room was adequately stocked with everything we needed and was reasonably clean. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall great stay, these are fantastic apartment hotels in Masr El Gedida area! The rooms themselves are brand new, very modern and decently spacious. Beds are comfortable and kitchens are well-equipped! 24h front desk is also an added benefit for apartment hotels. Only two complaints: (1) rooms didn't feel like they were deep cleaned at check-in (floors were obviously not mopped), (2) Prime Residence needs to clarify the differences between the room types! When I called them I was told they're all identical in terms of what's inside the rooms and only difference is square footage but this is very false! We booked a Deluxe and our friends booked a Superior which is lower rank and cheaper and they had a full 1-bedroom apartment while we had a studio! On another occasion we also booked the most basic room and it was missing a couch and the washing machine which shows that the differences are not just square footage.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn't get to stay long, just a quick overnight before a flight home, but would for sure stay here again.
