great place in the heart of Ankara
Pros:

location and breakfast, rooms were clean and tidy too. Many cafes right infront of the hotel and easily accessible for taxis

CUIDADO EN RECEPCION
Pros:

La habitacion muy limpia, el hotel muy bonito y ubicado perfectamente cverca de restaurantes y muchos cafe.

Cons:

Tuve que hacer un envió del hotel a una casa y baje a pedir ayuda al recepcionista eran las 22h (yo ya había visto el costo en la aplicación de taxis, pero al no saber hablar turco, pues pedí ayuda abajo en la recepción(me pareció lo mas seguro y confiable tomando en cuenta que viajaba sola ) pues cuando bajo y le pido ayuda al recepcionista me dice que ''en turquia esos envíos estan prohibidos (era una tarta de cumpleaños que iba bien guardada en su caja) que el iba a salir a preguntar el precio,sale a la entrada del hotel donde habian varias personas sentadas afuera .... cuando vuelve a entrar me dice que son 1000 liras turcas, le digo que NO que eso no lo iba a pagar que son 3 veces el dinero que sale que cobra en la aplicación,que me parece un robo y me dice que entonces cuanto estoy dispuesta a pagar ?? y le enseño el precio que sale en la aplicación, pues me dice que OK ,que el lo resolvia, llamo un taxi y se solvento todo,el envio llego perfecto y todo resuelto.. conclusión, como es posible que dentro del mismo hotel que se supone que es un lugar ''seguro y que no te van a estafar'' pasen estas cosas ? me pareció nefasto y bastante decepcionante, tomando en cuenta que estuve varios dias ahi y el resto del personal me había tratado muy bien y de forma muy cordial.
Lo otro que no me gusto fue El internet del hotel, no es bueno, aunque te den la clave, la conexión es mala.

The receptionist (Saleh) was kind and welcoming to the guests, but the other receptionist, whose name I don't know, didn't seem to welcome us.
