Pros:

I am really upset with your booking. My hotel was paid for 4 nights, got there at 12 midnight and i was informed, i didnt have a booking. Can you imagine how i felt after 8 hours driving?? NO BOOKING. I was told by the receptionist that expedia and booking dot com are notorious for stuffing up the bookings. Please refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE Expedia AGAIN!!

Pros:

Newly renovated. Room was nicely done. However the bathroom workmanship (tile work, door frame joints are horrible comparing the quality material used. Someone inexperienced messed it up) is poor compared to rest of the property. I am giving 4 for smelly, unclean bathroom. They probably didn’t clean the toilet for months. Smudge throughout the room. One receptionist seemed rude but could be due to lack of communication skills. We had to carry the bags to the room ourselves. If bathroom is clean and service is improved, 5 star for sure.
