Lots of wonderful restaurants near by. Access to elevator to go uptown just next door and free.
The location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have been great. We did not eat there for the breakfast buffet but it smelled AMAZING! There were freshly baked goodies for guests daily. We had a blackberry pie and apple bread ready to take as we liked. Olga was the woman who helped us and she was wonderful and on top of things. She helped us figure out our bus for the morning as well.
Perfectly located in Luxembourg City, this quaint location was ideal. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, located steps away from the elevator to take you to the top. The check in was easy, we did have to call to find out where to park so maybe an email or text with a map or info on where to park would be better. Also, instructions on how to work the coffee machine in the room would help. These are minor things. We really liked our stay, we liked the restaurant next door, the ease of getting everywhere we wanted to... We would stay here again for sure if we come back to Luxembourg.
