We recently traveled with a group of friends to Unico PV and left with nothing but positive vibes from an unforgettable experience. Having visited 20+ all-inclusive resorts across Mexico, this one firmly ranks in our top two and here’s why - the details truly matter.

Top 5 standouts:
1. Food quality and flavor were exceptional.
2. Service was remarkable, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond.
3. The resort was spotless, cleanliness was second to none.
4. Drinks were crafted with care and tasted like it!
5. The location was ideal, both beautiful and convenient.

We’ve only ever returned to one resort before, and this will now be the second, no hesitation, we’ll be back!

One small suggestion: adding a dedicated dance club. While the lobby was stunning and showcased fantastic live talent, an enclosed, upscale space with a DJ, club lighting, and a dance floor for top requests would have been the perfect finishing touch to an otherwise flawless stay.

We enjoyed the rooftop bar, pools, rooms, beach access. The vibe was boho. The only thing we did not like was the Italian restaurant for dinner but there are other restaurant options that were great. Also wish the cabanas would be 1st come 1st served, rather than paying a fee to rent it. Some were being “rented” but not even being utilized. The main pool and rooftop pool close at 8pm. I think the rooftop bar should stay open a little later like 10 pm

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and it smells sooo good. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They gift all guests with hats a a cute bag that you can take to be personalized hand painted Sandra painted roses and my name for my bag and a sunset for my husband’s hat we loved them. Daniel Paz Resort Services very resourceful making things easy for us and making us feel welcome. Our favorite place the POOL BAR Axel, Alberto and Carlos made us feel very special we celebrated our wedding anniversary and they made us a special drink, every day they were smiling without them our stay would’ve never been as fun. You have to try the burgers, coconut shrimp and fresh guacamole by the pool. Nestor the entertainment coordinator is amazing I took his aqua aerobics, a painting class and everyday they have new activities, a DJ or live music our favorite was Duo Clave y Alma at pool bar amazing singer and very fun. Alfredo is in charge of the evening entertainment at the lobby they had live music we loved Dueto Mantra (Mauricio & Manuel). During the performances the Lobby bar is open bar tender Paul and waitress Veronica Ochoa are amazing. Loved the food at Kobo Japanese restaurant. Lia the for breakfast and Italian food all food delicious, fresh juices thank you Catalina, Amado and Alexander excellent service. The Mexican restaurant delicious and the views at sunset are incredible. The rooftop bar has the best ragú sliders. Our opinion Excellent overall

The Resort is perfectly located in the bay with incredible views of the ocean from all rooms(I believe). Ocean is within 4 minutes from any room and under 2 minutes you can be in the resort swimming pool where water levels are ankle high, waist high or swimming depth.
As adults only the resort is quite and safe.
Service is standout from front desk to the room and the restaurants. Cafe Inez stands out for incredible pastries all day long into night. Breakfast at Lia has everything you want and more. We loved Kobo the Japanese restaurant as well as the rooftop one for its sliders. The Mexican restaurant was a bit of a downer for vegetarians as well as those expecting variety(no enchiladas, burritos or fajitas). Sure it might be local authentic for seafood lovers.
Overall we loved our week long stay every bit in this brand new resort.

The people were wonderful, the food was excellent, and the water was fun! The pool and the ocean were beautiful every day.

El hotel no cuenta con botiquín de primeros auxilios lo único que pudieron ofrecernos fue hielo para una picadura que tuvo mi esposo en el mar, por otro lado para esa misma categoría pueden encontrar opciones con mejor comida ya que si bien las porciones son buenas hay muchas cosas básicas que el sabor deja que desear, y también hay demasiado desperdicio por ser a la carta. En el restaurante japonés a Ivan se le cayeron sus instrumentos de cocina por lo menos 5 veces y solo los enjuago con agua, la comida la dejo demasiado aceitosa y muy condimentada, deberían dejar libre el poder elegir sushi desde la plancha. Los detalles únicos de este hotel es que te dan de cortesía sombreros y bolsas mismas que puedes personalizar, y como es un hotel nuevo están apostando mucho por el servicio Angel de la alberca y Angel el concierge tienen un trato super cálido al igual que el botones pero deberían dejar que Angel del equipo de meseros les de clases de mixologia sus bebidas son fantásticas pero ningún bar tender de todos los bares que tienen puede igualar el sabor o las recetas, el hotel es para descansar ya que la música en general es demasiado tranquila, la limpieza del cuarto lo califico con 7 ya que las sabanas nos tocaron sucias asi como la tina, el servicio de comida en la alberca es un poco lento ya que el hotel no estaba al 100% de capacidad, otro de los detalles diferentes fue que nos toco experimentar una cata de vinos y una clase de cocina aun asi no regresaria a este hotel

Vale completamente la pena hospedarse en este hotel, la atención por parte de todo el personal es increíble, la habitacion, impecable, amplia y con vista espectacular, la alberca del roof tiene el mejor atardecer, y en definitiva lo que nos fascinó a mi esposo y a mi fueron los alimentos, todo delicioso y fresco, la cafeteria tiene pan delicioso. Gracias a todo el personal por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia increíble.

Excellent in all ways

1) El hotel es nuevo por lo que está en perfectas condiciones, además que es muy bonito en su decoración.
2) La comida excelente, fue una grata sorpresa porque no esperaba tanta calidad y variedad por ser un todo incluido.
3) El personal es muy amable y servicial.

It’s a beautiful resort with very friendly staff! The drinks are well made and not watered down and the food is way better than most all inclusives. Would definitely go back
