Rašínovo nábřeží - Riverside Residence

It was wonderful. Clean, beautiful view of the river, close to shopping. But, the front entrance had steps that made it difficult to move our luggage up.

No reception, maybe bots on WhatsApp, so quite frustrating to get real time answers, very difficult to communicate or problem solve. Also was not clear at all how to use their checkin app/process … actual room was fine, had an issue with aircon but they only had the solution to just turn it off… further away from the main part of town than I expected.

It was absolutely gorgeous and when we got locked out ans wanted to check out late staff was very accommodating

Everything is good - room size, location, transport, etc. It's easy to assess the room with clear instructions. The only downside is the lack of AC (which wasn't a problem to me as I travelled in mid-Sep) and the lack of luggage storage (they did arrange a luggage storage service at a hotel like 1.5 km away and charged you 5 Euros for that).

The apartment lacks air conditioning and is equipped with only one fan. Despite a request for an additional fan, it was not provided. The elevated nighttime temperatures rendered the environment uncomfortable. Prospective guests booking during the summer months should take this into consideration. However, the location offers convenient access to numerous attractions and transportation options.

superschönes studio mit flussblick. liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. es liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen strasse und wenn die fenster offen sind, ist es sehr laut (während meinem aufenthalt war es sehr heiss und das studio hat sich sehr aufgeheizt, deshalm musste ich abends die fenster öffnen). ansonsten absolut perfekt!

Place was really lovely and in the centre. Two trams nearby that take you all round Prague. Apartment was really clean inside and all brand new! Thanks so much

Die Kommunikation und Zusendung des Zimmercodes war eine Katastrophe! Man hatte mich scheinbar vergessen und ich musste per WhatsApp die Rezeption am anderen Ende der Stadt anschreiben. Erst erhielt ich nur den Zimmercode, wusste aber die Zimmer-Nummer nicht. Bis ich dies erfahren hatte, verging auch einige Zeit. Insgesamt habe ich 1 Stunde sinnlos vergeudet und hätte am liebsten wieder storniert, was aber nicht mehr möglich war. Es hieß dann, mir wurden die Daten bereits zugesendet, diese trafen aber erst gegen 18:30 Uhr bei mir ein. Die Alfred App, die man sich extra herunterladen sollte, zeigte eine Fehlermeldung an, funktionierte auch nicht. Um aber etwas Positives zu sagen - die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt.

Very good location. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed, good tv, hot shower, and easy check-in

The property is well located and has a beautiful view of the river. Unfortunately they refused to provide new towels (for a 3 day stay) even thought I was travelling with a 75+ year old elder.

Mooi pand, ruim appartement, alles netjes en als nieuw. Goede locatie en mooi uitzicht op het water. Veel privacy en rust.
