Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notification from Expedia or the hotel. As a result, I had to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, which caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses. To date, I have not received any communication regarding a refund for the canceled reservation. I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my refund and an explanation as to why I was not notified in advance of the cancellation.
